We, FUNDAÇÃO TOYOTA DO BRASIL, a private civil entity registered under CNPJ No. 10.799.981/0001-32 (“FTB”, “We”), seek the best way to meet the needs of our partners and users (“You”). We aim to promote sustainability with conservation activities, environmental education, humanitarian aid and citizenship practices, working in environmental causes that promote the balance between urban, rural and wild areas and, therefore, we hereby present this document to You with respect to the privacy and personal data of our partners and users (“Policy or “Privacy Policy”).
When accessing or interacting with our website, we may retain certain information (“Data” or “Personal Data”) about You. We have developed this Privacy Policy in order to clarify what Personal Data may be collected used, shared and stored by Us.
Acceptance of this Policy will be made when You access or interact with the website and, when requested, affirmatively agree to the use of your Personal Data for each of the purposes described herein by Us. As such, You will be aware of and in full agreement with how we use your information and Personal Data. The amount and type of information collected by FTB varies depending on how You use our website.

This website and other communication channels maintained by FTB do not knowingly collect personal information from or about any minor. It is important to clarify that FTB is not responsible for the use of cookies by third parties. 3. Who does FTB share your data with?
FTB may operate together with other companies in various activities, including data hosting, analytics and market intelligence. As such, we reserve the right to share your information, including Personal Data, solely with the companies indicated below. Whenever possible, we will adopt mechanisms to anonymize this data, aiming to preserve your privacy as much as possible.

Our Partners: We have a number of institutions that are sponsored by FTB for the execution of our projects, as well as suppliers that we need to hire to operate the website, and some of them may process the Personal Data we collect on our behalf. For example, we use data hosting services to store our database. We strive to protect the privacy of your Personal Data, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee the correct handling of Personal Data by third parties who use, disclose and protect Personal Data in accordance with their respective Privacy Policies.
Marketing Companies: We share Data with marketing companies for behavioral analysis purposes and for sending communications. All Personal Data shared has an adequate legal basis that justifies this type of processing, which may be your consent or a legitimate interest of FTB. Analytics: The data stored by Us may be used for statistical purposes (analytics), in order for FTB to understand who the people who visit our website are. This Data is pseudonymized and is only intended to better understand how users access the website.
To safeguard and protect FTB’s rights: We reserve the right to access, read, preserve and disclose any Data that we believe is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or court order, to enforce this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property or security of FTB, our partners, users or others.
Affiliated companies of FTB: We may transfer the Data between Toyota Group companies to improve our products and services. 4. Where is your Data stored and where is it shared?
FTB is headquartered in Brazil and the Data we collect is governed by Brazilian law. The Data we collect is hosted on Google and Microsoft servers.
By accessing and interacting with the FTB website or providing Personal Data to us, You consent to the processing and international transfer of such data to the United States and Japan. Such data may be subject to local legislation and relevant rules.
5. What are your rights as a Personal Data subject?
You may always choose not to disclose your Personal Data to Us, but keep in mind that such Data may be necessary to make use of some of our features. Notwithstanding, You will always have rights relating to the privacy and protection of your Personal Data, and in addition to our concern about the security of that Data, we are also concerned that You have access to and knowledge of all your rights relating to the processing of your Personal Data.

This right allows You to request and receive a copy of the Personal Data that We hold about You. For FTB to forward a copy of the Personal Data identity confirmation will be required.

This right allows You, at any time, to request the correction and/or rectification of your Personal Data, if You identify that some of them are incorrect. However, in order for this correction to be effective, we may need to check the validity of the Data You provide to us.
Deletion of your Personal Data.
This right allows You to request the deletion of your Personal Data from our database. All Data collected will be deleted from our servers when You make this request or when it is no longer necessary, unless there is any other reason for maintaining it, such as any legal obligation to retain Data or the need to preserve it to safeguard FTB’s rights. If this occurs, you will be informed.
Anonymization.
This right allows You to request the anonymization of your Personal Data.
Portability.
We will provide You, or any third party You choose, with your Personal Data in a structured and interoperable format.
Information about data sharing.
This right allows You to request information about public or private entities with which the FTB has shared your Personal Data.
You may need to request specific information from us to help us confirm your identity and ensure your right to access your Personal Data (or to exercise your other rights). This is a security measure to ensure that Personal Data is not disclosed to anyone who is not entitled to receive it. We may also contact you for more information regarding your request in order to expedite our response.

6. How long will your Personal Data be stored?
We will keep your Personal Data, including your IP (Internet Protocol) data, as well as the date and time of access, for a minimum period of 6 (six) months, in accordance with current legislation. Such data will be stored under secrecy, in a controlled and secure environment and will be provided only in case of a court order. Even if You delete your registration on the Site, such data will remain stored for the minimum period required by law or only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which we collected it, including for the purpose of fulfilling any legal (such as the Internet Civil Framework to store access records for 6 months), contractual and accountability obligations or request from competent authorities.
To determine the appropriate retention period for Personal Data, we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of such Data, the potential risk of harm arising from unauthorized use or disclosure of your Personal Data, the purpose of the processing and whether we can achieve such purposes by other means, and applicable legal requirements.

In order to ensure the security of your Personal Data, we adopt the best information security practices available, including all forms of administrative, technical and physical preventive measures regarding security and privacy during the execution of activities involving personal data, including training and raising awareness among employees as well as the use of advanced encryption and firewall technologies.
We strive to protect the privacy of your account and other Personal Data that we keep in our records, but unfortunately we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized account entry or use, hardware or software failure and other factors may compromise the security of your Personal Data at any time, so, please help us maintain a secure environment for everyone.
